    Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya sumber daya alam. Indonesia juga berada di jalur lalu lintas perdagangan dunia, sehingga sangat menguntungkan terutama dalam bidang ekonomi. Indonesia bentuk komitmen dalam ASEAN telah meratifikasi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Indonesia telah memiliki regulasi berupa Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal. Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang tersebut diwujudkan dalam Perpres Nomor 39 tahun 2014 sebagai pengganti Perpres Nomor 36 Tahun 2010 tentang Daftar Bidang Usaha yang Tertutup dan Bidang Usaha yang Terbuka dengan Persyaratan di Bidang Penanaman Modal. Penanaman modal memang sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga negara, tetapi bukan berarti penanam modal bebas untuk mengeksploitasi sumber daya alam Indonesia. Penanaman modal tidak bertentangan dengan konstitusi selama untuk sebesar-besar kepentingan rakyat. Sedangkan dengan diterbitkannya Perpres Nomor 39 Tahun 2014 berimplikasi terhadap meningkatnya penanaman modal asing di Indonesia yang justru dapat mengancam penanaman modal dalam negeri. Selain itu, eksploitasi yang berlebihan justru akan merusak kedaulatan lingkungan hidup di Indonesia, sehingga dalam melaksanakan kegiatan produksi harus memperhatikan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan.     Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of business consisting of micro, small and medium enterprises. The state is to increase national economic development by optimizing the existence of MSMEs as local businesses. UMKM can become the main guard in facing global competition, especially in the competition of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The implementation of the AEC which opens trade flows freely as possible can provide opportunities for MSMEs to distribute their products freely, but the distribution conditions of MSME products are currently constrained by traditional and hereditary work patterns because MSMEs only focus on making products without mapping market strategies. The current distribution is still experiencing several problems, mainly related to weaknesses in obtaining market opportunities and expanding market share and the limitations of cooperative business networks between small entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the distribution of UMKM products to build MSMEs into the independent, quality, and highly competitive business actors. The reconstruction was realized based on the theory of legal systems according to L. Friedman, namely legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture. Legal substance is manifested by the revision of regulations to accommodate the distribution reconstruction. The legal structure is embodied by the formation of the Coordination Agency for the Distribution of Business Products, and a legal culture which is manifested by the formation of a new culture in the process of distributing UMKM products.     Improving stroke diagnosis accuracy using hyperparameter optimized deep learning

    Stroke may cause death for anyone, including youngsters. One of the early stroke detection techniques is a Computerized Tomography (CT) scan. This research aimed to optimize hyperparameter in Deep Learning, Random Search and Bayesian Optimization for determining the right hyperparameter. The CT scan images were processed by scaling, grayscale, smoothing, thresholding, and morphological operation. Then, the images feature was extracted by the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). This research was performed a feature selection to select relevant features for reducing computing expenses, while deep learning based on hyperparameter setting was used to the data classification process. The experiment results showed that the Random Search had the best accuracy, while Bayesian Optimization excelled in optimization time

    PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI KOPI MELALUI PERAWATAN TANAMAN DAN REKAYASA PENYIRAMAN OTOMATIS

    Produksi tanaman kopi telah mendominasi menjadi produk utama perkebunan di wilayah kecamatan Gemawang. Permasalahan petani kopi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang upaya pengembangan dari hasil kualitas dan produksi tanaman kopi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui penyebaran informasi tertulis tentang praktik budidaya kopi yang baik dan informasi tentang teknik budidaya dan bibit yang digunakan, melalui perawatan tanaman dan rekayasa penyiraman ototmatis pada masa pembungaan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan mulai bulan  Juni 2021 sampai tanggal 19 Nopember 2021. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para petani kopi yang berlokasi di dusun Mandang, desa Sucen, kecamatan Gemawang, Kabupaten Temanggung. Hasil kegiatan yang telah terlaksana berupa kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan tentang teknis budidaya kopi perawatan tanaman, diskusi tentang hama, penyuluhan pemasaran digital, penyuluhan materi organisasi & kelembagaan, dan pemasang serta peragaan alat instalansi penyiraman otomatis. Kesimpulan kegiatan inia dalah kegiatan berjalan lancar petani kopi sangat antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini, sehingga hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ke arah yang positif setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini

    This research is based on a competition in the motorcycle market that is dominated by the big four, they are Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki. Those brands are fully taking controll or the market in Indonesia. In particular, this study reviews how Yamaha attempt to increased sell their produk in market that is currently dominated by Honda. As for the issues in this research are "the factors that influence purchasing decisions of Yamaha motorcycle in the Semarang." This research examined four variables, promotion programs, brand perceptions, consumer motivation, and quality products that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of the four variable on the decision of purchasing the Yamaha brand motorcycles. This research was conducted using questionnaires method to 100 respondents of Yamaha motorcycles’s owners or users in the Semarang, which is obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Then performed an analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. A quantitative analysis including validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, Goodness of Fit test through regression coefficient (R2), F test and t test. Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in this study, and results of data processing that have been implemented with a description and explanation. The results showed two of the four independent variables tested has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions by F test and t test, whereas the numbers Adjusted R Square of 0.621 showed 62.1% variation yamaha motorcycle purchasing decision which can be explained by four independent variables, where the remaining 37.9% is explained by other factors beyond this research

    Uji Beda Jenis Umpan Dalam Penggunaan Fly Trap Warna Kuning

    Flies are the main nuisance insects and mechanical vectors which in their bodies can carry various diseases such as diarrhea, myiasis, helminthiasis, and anthrax. Generally, flies have an affinity for lighter, darker colors, and flies like things that have used various baits with pungent odors. Therefore, this study used a yellow fly trap and used various baits with strong odors. This study aims to determine differences in the effectiveness of bait types in the use of yellow fly traps. This research is an experimental study with a quasi-experimental design. The research was carried out at a chicken farm located on Penangkaran Buaya street, Makroman Urban Village, Sambutan District, Samarinda City. Research in the field lasted for 4 days start at 08.00 – 12.00 WITA. The results showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of bait types in the use of yellow fly traps in chicken coops located on Penangkaran Buaya street, Makroman Village. There was a significant difference between shrimp bait - control (0.04 < 0.05), between squid bait - beef offal (0.016 < 0.05), between feed of beef offal - control 0.001 and between fish gills - control 0.02 < 0 ,05. The most effective in attracting flies was the bait of cow offal by an average of 47 flies per day. Controlling flies by using various baits on fly traps is quite easy, inexpensive, and, certainly, can be applied by the community. The control must be carried out especially for residential areas that are not far from the breeding sites of flies.Lalat merupakan serangga pengganggu utama serta vektor mekanis yang pada tubuhnya dapat membawa berbagai penyakit seperti diare, myiasis, kecacingan dan anthrax. Umumnya lalat memiliki ketertarikan terhadap warna yang lebih cerah dan pekat serta lalat menyukai sesuatu yang memiliki bau menyengat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan fly trap berwarna kuning dan menggunakan berbagai umpan dengan bau menyengat. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas jenis umpan dalam  penggunaan fly trap warna kuning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan quasi eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di peternakan ayam yang berada di Jalan Penangkaran Buaya, Kelurahan Makroman, Kecamatan Sambutan, Kota Samarinda. Penelitian di lapangan berlangsung selama 4 hari mulai pukul 08.00 – 12.00 WITA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan efektivitas jenis umpan dalam penggunaan  fly trap warna kuning di kandang ayam yang berlokasi di Jalan Penangkaran Buaya, Kelurahan Makroman. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara umpan udang - kontrol (0,04 < 0,05), antara umpan cumi - jeroan sapi (0,016 < 0,05), antara umpan jeroan sapi - kontrol 0,001 dan antara insang ikan - kontrol 0,02 < 0,05. Education for Sustainability as a teaching strategy for resolving community challenges through formal, informal, or non-formal education is expected to benefit from various community service best practices by academics, researchers, and students. The 3rd ICCEESD has “Strengthening Education for Sustainability Towards Better Community Engagement” as its theme this year.
